Fresh Start? Fresh Diet!

Home / Fitness / Fresh Start? Fresh Diet!

This week was rough, it felt  busier than usual and equally exhausting. I had even less time to cook and I can’t seem to figure out why. I seriously need a change. Because I’m trying to do so much:  school, work, cooking, cleaning, dating I don’t find time to really do ALL the things I want to do. I used to find more time to cook, but as my work and personal life get more complicated I find I have less and less time. And I’m really struggling to lose this weight I want so desperately GONE! Especially since I have Vegas coming up for Memorial Day. I went to the doctor recently to get some tests done to see if there are some deeper issues and been reading Jillian Michael’s book, “Master your Metabolism.” I find her book crazy helpful, but at the end of the day I realize I don’t even have the time to prepare all the meals she is suggesting .

Solution: THE FREST DIET! Tell me this doesn’t sound like something I could benefit from:

3 meals, 2 snacks delivered daily – includes free delivery-

  • No cooking, no counting, no clean up.-
  • Lose 10 pounds this month with The Fresh Diet (average weight loss is 1-3 lbs. per week)-
  •  Cooked fresh daily in state of the art local kitchens
  •  The easiest way to have fresh, nutritionally balanced meals  for healthy weight loss

#Score. I definitely would rather be counting phone numbers than calories in Vegas (and in life in general).

Count Phone Numbers, Not Calories!  That is the motto (YOLO!)  I used to see the commercials for things like NutriSystem and such and think, “wow, that is so wasteful” but now I think Three calorie controlled meals and two decadent snacks every day delivered to me sounds like a plan I actually can keep up with. It will will keep my diet in check and help me bring sexy back.  Right now The Fresh Diet is offering a special discount. The offer is:  “Receive 3 days free with the purchase of a 31 day plan at $29.99 per day”. The promo code is: singlmar29. I don’t think that cost is too bad considering that when I eat out (sometimes 2x day ) I  probably spend similar amounts. And the time saved? I believe in paying for convenience these days.  As I’m trying to venture out and explore new (read: healthier) food options, I think this is the perfect jump start if you’re not making the progress you’d like (like me ).
