SchoolHouse Rocks – How a Bill Becomes a Law??

I wanted to post this because every time I turn on the news someone is blaming BHO for the travesty that is the Health Care Reform Bill (or ACT, whatever). And I think people forget that the people who are editing and making it what it is are our senators & congressmen. People- Know where to point blame. All I’m saying.
