In the back of my closet there is (and don't judge me) a pair of Lucite heels .. they didn't cost nearly as much as this Fendi pair of heels, so imagine my shock when I saw stripper shoes could be so damn expensive. These Fendi Khaki colored wrap /  platform sandals are making my heart melt. that 2 inch platform takes some practice to walk on, its not for the weak. Trust me! And the heel, is listed at six inches. UM.. WHAT?? Nina Garcia says you shouldn't go over 4. I break that rule often, but SIX?? I'll eye from afar. The FF logo is on the lucite platorm, and they will cost you $1553. Wow.

It was exciting to check the list they had to see if some of your friends colleges had been added. Fashion Friday 12.04.09: Deja Shoe, AGAIN!

The other week I was browsing through Macy's and saw these Guess Boot, Elize style. I thought they were so adorable! I liked the combination of leather and nylon. And the rubber platform. Then it hit me why I thought they were so cute (besides the 4inch wedge heel). The only thing doesn't sell me is the logo on the side. I'm so not into being branded. I don't really remember her in anything before Drumline, and honestly, she didn't register on my fashion radar then. but she stayed around. As I started last week, fashion is so much more than what you wear outside the house. We're continuing that trend this week! Shop for a Better World, is a partnership between Fair Winds Trading, Women of Rwanda and Macys. I know of them because a few years ago I bought y grandmother one of thier lovely hand-woven bowls for Christmas.  These bowls are a lovely piece for a coffee table. I figured she would enjoy it since she has so much crap stuff on  her coffee table. I purchased a Unity bowl for her, which is unfortunately  not available on the Macy's website. I got these pics last week, but I wanted to save them for Fashion Friday. Plus I wanted to pay homage to my new Nars Stylo, I freaking LOVE IT!! Using eyeliner has NEVER been easier.
